Our core values distinguish Phi Sigma Sigma, unite us in our endeavors and become ingrained in our character. Phi Sigma Sigma’s core values are the basis for both our membership recruitment and new member development programs. These core values are lifelong learning, inclusiveness, and leadership through service.

Lifelong learning is a priority and we encourage our sisters to make the most of educational opportunities at Bentley and to reach her highest potential. Through our education and by challenging ourselves to reach new goals, we become women of influence and substance. We teach each other to learn from each other, and academic achievement is a priority.
